Lincoln City’s U18 side, known as the Young Imps, is set to face Lincoln United and Skegness Town as part of their pre-season preparations for the 2026/27 campaign. The first match will take place at the Sun-Hat Villas and Resorts Stadium on Friday, 10 July, with kick-off scheduled for 7:45 PM. Following this, the Young Imps will travel to Skegness Town for another challenge on Tuesday, 21 July, with a 7:00 PM kick-off. These matches are crucial as they provide valuable experience against senior sides. Head coach Sam Tillen expressed his excitement about these fixtures, highlighting their importance in assessing the team's readiness for the upcoming season. He stated that facing established teams will present a different challenge for the players, helping them gauge their progress.
