Lincoln City will bring back its Fourth of July fireworks in 2026, moving the display to Devil's Lake. The city had replaced the fireworks with a drone display in 2025 due to concerns about wildlife and environmental impacts. The fireworks display will take place over Devil's Lake and will launch near Regatta Park. Due to extremely limited parking, Regatta Park will be closed to vehicles starting at 6 p.m. Visitors are encouraged to use the shuttle service, which will run between the Lincoln City Community Center and the park from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. The fireworks display will wrap up a full day of Independence Day festivities throughout Lincoln City, including live music, food vendors, a pie-eating contest, pet parade and other family-friendly events. The city officials announced the 2026 fireworks display will take place over Devil’s Lake rather than Siletz Bay, citing continued concerns tied to wildlife, environmental impacts, public safety and fire danger.
